Alexander Dalton Montgomery

Alexander Dalton Montgomery, age 27, of Duncansville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 25, 2022. He was born August 11, 1994 in Altoona, a son of William R. “Bill” and Karen L. (Salyer) Montgomery.

Surviving are his parents of Duncansville; three brothers: Jourdan DeMoss and wife Julia (Flores) of Virginia, David DeMoss and fiancé Pierrette Vernon of Florida, and Jeff Montgomery of Altoona; and a sister, Stephanie (Montgomery) and husband Russ Miller of Hollidaysburg.

Alex was a 2012 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School.

He enjoyed listening to a wide variety of music, doing outdoor activities, and spending time with his family and his German Shepherd best friend, Layla.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Montgomery residence from 2-7pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mending Hearts Animal Rescue (PO Box 97, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648).
