Anatrean T (McConnell) Rossman

Anatrean T. “Ann” Rossman, age 81, of Bellmeade, Altoona, died Friday, December 24, 2021 at Penn Highlands Tyrone Hospital. She was born November 30, 1940 in Altoona, she was a daughter of the late Christopher and Fanny Ravinia (James) McConnell. She married Willard E. Rossman, Jr., who preceded her in death on Feb. 13, 2012.

Surviving are 4 children: Robert Rossman (Tina) of Bellwood, Steve Rossman (Sue) of Altoona, Sondra Rossman of Altoona, and Susan Hoover (Scott) of Altoona; 7 grandchildren: Alexis, Ian, Zach, Isaac, Ashley, Heather, and Courtney; 4 great-grandchildren: Finn, Evelyn, Avery, and Lainey; and a sister, Gloria Keith.

She was preceded in death by 5 sisters and 8 brothers.

Ann retired from the Juniata Silk Mills. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts and dearly missed her beloved dog, Peppy.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
