Christopher A. Pruznak, age 35, of Altoona, died unexpectedly on Friday, June 16, 2023 at UPMC Altoona. He was born March 23, 1988 in Altoona.
Surviving is his mother, Lori L. (Pfahler) Pruznak; a sister, Lisa Pruznak, whom Chris called "Little baby sister"; an uncle, Joseph Pfahler (Sharon), whom he had a close bond and was like a 'father figure' to Chris; two aunts: Sandy Conley and Cheri Dick; several cousins, including a special cousin, Tess Keller; and close friends: Brian and Seth.
Chris was a 2006 graduate of Altoona High School. He was currently working as the Night Auditor for Holiday Inn Express. He previously worked at Pizza Hut and Sheetz, where he made many friends.
He enjoyed playing video gaming and chatting with friends. Chris loved time with his family and getting together for holidays and cook-outs.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
