George F Crawford

George F. Crawford, age 74, of Altoona, died Monday, June 10, 2024 at UPMC Altoona. He was born February 26, 1950 in Duncansville, son of the late Raymond N. Crawford Sr. and E. Pauline (Kennedy) Crawford.

Surviving is a brother, Raymond Crawford Jr. of Hollidaysburg; a sister, Carol Smith of Duncansville; numerous nieces and nephews; and longtime friend, Keith Ragsdale.

He was preceded in death by two sisters: Jane Walters and Margaret Crawford.

George was a 1969 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. He retired from A&M Greenhouse in 2010, where he worked as a florist.

Friends will be received on Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 2 to 4pm at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Duncansville. Interment will take place at Blair Memorial Park.
