Helen Ruth Tipton, age 64, of Duncansville, formerly of Beaver, PA, died unexpectedly on February 12, 2025 at her home. She was born June 21, 1960 in Altoona, daughter of the late Robert H. and Alta Louise (Bowser) Wahl.

Surviving is a daughter, Victoria Mills; a brother, Charles Moser; and several nieces and nephews.

Helen retired as a home health aide from Homemaker - Home Health Aide Service of Beaver.

There will be no public services.
