James Walters Obituary

James E. Walters, age 53, of Altoona, died unexpectedly Monday afternoon, May 28, 2018, at Conemaugh Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring. He was born Dec. 12, 1964 in Tacoma, Wash., son of Nancy (Magill) Walters of Duncansville and the late Marlin L. Walters.

Survived by his wife Coleen (Griffith) Walters; his mother; 3 step-daughters: Ashley, Victoria and Kayla Musselman; a step-grandson Bryson; five siblings: Marlin Walters, Jr., Don Steiner, Rebecca Anthony, Melissa Saccone and Lisa Gross; and grandmother Betty Magill of Duncansville..

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister Marsha Kay.

Jim worked as an installer in HVAC while living in Florida for many years. He enjoyed going fishing, tinkering in the woodshop, and his dog.

Friends will be received on Fri., June 1, 2018 from 1pm until the 3pm funeral service, officiated by Rev. Rich Morris, at Liebegott-Brown Funeral Home, Inc., 1218 4th Ave., Duncansville.
