Joanne (Langham) Neely

F. Joanne Neely, age 91, of Duncansville, died Tuesday morning, July 23, 2024 at UPMC Altoona. She was born July 14, 1933 in Altoona, the only child of D. Galen and Dorothy L. (Walls) Langham. She married William E. Neely, Jr. in 1959. He preceded her in death on December 24, 2012 after 53 years of marriage.

Surviving is a daughter, Rhonda Blyler (Barry); a grandson, Adam Neely; and special friends and caregivers: Lucille, Jeff, and Rylee Boyer.

She was preceded in death by her son, Steven C. Neely, on January 2, 2024.

Joanne was a 1951 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. She retired from Dodson’s Antique Shop, Duncansville.

She was a member of Hick’s Methodist Church, where she helped with the kid’s choir and the acolytes.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10am on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Hick’s Methodist Church, Duncansville. Rev. Rich Morris will officiate. Interment will take place at Alto-Reste Cemetery.
