Kerri Ann (Hughes) Brode

Kerri Ann Brode, age 31, of Roaring Spring, formerly of Altoona, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at home, with her dog, Sweet Pea, by her side. She was born March 27, 1991 in Altoona, a daughter of the late Richard E. Hughes and Wendy K. (Stehley) Arey.

Surviving are three daughters: Makinnley Brode, Riley Brode, and Bailey Rutherford; and 7 siblings: Rick Kimberling, Shawn Hughes, Troy Stehley, Kristi Hughes, Brandon Hughes, Eric Hughes, and Shanya Young.

She was preceded in death by her fiance, Brandon Rutherford, in 2021.

Kerri attended Altoona High School. She enjoyed making jewelry with pearls, cooking, making crafts, being a beautician, and loved spending time with her girls.

A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Roaring Spring ARCH (714 Rockingham Ave., Roaring Spring, PA 16673). Pastor Steve Brumbaugh will officiate services.
