Marie C (Rostis) Grsevinsky

Marie C. Grsevinsky, age 85, of Duncansville, died early Saturday morning, April 10, 2021, at her home. She was born March 30, 1936 in Indiana, Pa., a daughter of the late Joseph J. and Mildred M. (Galonis) Rostis. She married Edward J. Grsevinsky. He preceded her in death on September 2, 2008.

She is survived by three children: Estelle Wolfman of Tampa, Fl., Debbie Vladic (Mike) of Duncansville, and Edward Grsevinsky, Jr. of Duncansville; three grandchildren: Shannon Wolfman (Tom Olson) of Philadelphia, Kyle Wolfman of Tampa, Fl., and Taylor Vladic (Theresa) of Hawaii; and a sister, Mildred Calhoun (Donald) of Blairsville.

Marie was a 1954 graduate of Elders Ridge High School and also a graduate of St. John’s Nursing School in Pittsburgh. She retired from the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, where she was a Nursing Supervisor.

She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church, Duncansville. Marie’s greatest loves were her family, her faith, gambling, and sometimes the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.

At Marie’s request, there will be no public services.
