Mark W. Monse, age 57, of Roaring Spring, PA, formerly of Oklahoma, died Wednesday afternoon, October 5, 2022, at Conemaugh Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring, PA. He was born February 8, 1965 in Odessa, TX.

Surviving are his parents: George Wayne Monse (wife Ronna) of Harrah, OK, and his mother, Mary Louise Seymour (life partner Joe Simpson), of Eufaula, OK; three children: Ariel R. Coulter of Norman, OK, Nicolas A. Monse of Lexington, OK, and Dalton M. Monse of Harrah, OK; four grandchildren: Alissa M. Monse of Oklahoma City, OK, Dalton M. Monse of Oklahoma City, OK, Ella L. Monse of Oklahoma City, OK, and Kyrie E. Coulter of Norman, OK; a son-in-law, Cortreal T. Coulter of Norman, OK; two nephews: Elijah Ward and Dillon Ward; his partner, Jessica Reese and her children; and his best friend, Shawn VanSchuyver, of Oklahoma City, OK.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Ward, and his life partner, Deb Schiller.

Mark enjoyed gardening and herbology, enjoying the fruits of nature, holistic living, cooking, blacksmithing, primitive survivalist, weapons craft, gaming, tinkering, and fishing. He loved D&D, mythology, and the medieval and renaissance time periods.
