Mark E Mulligan

Mark E. Mulligan, age 54, of Eldorado, Altoona, died Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at home, following a brief battle with cancer. He was born June 29, 1966 in Altoona, a son of the late William L. Mulligan and Elaine (Trexler) Vaught. He married the former Stephanie D. Chandler in Lakeland, Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Stephanie; a daughter, Lauren Alleva of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren; and four siblings: William S. Mulligan of Geeseytown, Sharon Yon of Altoona, Jason Mulligan of Altoona, and Michael Vaught of Altoona.

Mark was a 1985 graduate of Altoona High School. 

Mark loved music, bicycling, gardening, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren.

There will be no public services. A private interment will take place at Alto-Reste Cemetery.
