Michael Jon Feathers

Michael Jon Feathers, age 40, of Altoona, died unexpectedly on Sunday morning, March 10, 2019, at his residence. He was born June 8, 1978 in Altoona, a son of Ronald Feathers and the late Sandra Jo (Alwine) Feathers.

Survived by three siblings: Ronald Feathers, Jr. (wife Bridget), Eric Feathers and Erin Feathers; his father Ronald Feathers; his grandmother Donnis Alwine; a niece Karlie Feathers; a nephew Aric Umholtz; and numerous cousins.

Michael was a 1996 graduate of Altoona High School. He had worked for People Gas. He liked refinishing furniture and playing on his computer. He was a fun person to be around.

There will be no public viewing. A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm on Thurs., March 21, 2019 at Juniata United Methodist Church, 808 N. 4th Ave., Altoona, officiated by Rev. Julia Piper.
