Patricia J Young

Patricia J. Young, age 78, of Duncansville, died Monday afternoon, November 27, 2017, at UPMC Altoona after a brief battle with cancer. Born July 21, 1939 in Indianola, she was a daughter of the late Charles J. and Mary Jane (Stankovich) Lengle.

Survived by her fiancé, John V. Bottenfield of Duncansville; a son, Richard Tipe, Jr. of McKeesport; a grandson, Richard Solomon of Brackenridge; a sister, Edwina Aikins of Pittsburgh; a brother, Charles Lengle of Colorado; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 2 husbands: Richard Tipe, Sr. in 2008 and Fred Young in 2012; and a son, James Randy Tipe in 1978.

Pat was a graduate of West Deer Twp. High School. She loved antiquing and was a dealer for many years. She enjoyed spending winters in Florida.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public viewing or services. Private interment will take place at Old Stone Church Cemetery, James Creek.
