Thomas G. “Tom” McIntosh, Jr., 62, of Duncansville, passed away peacefully and gracefully on Wednesday, after June 26, 2024 into the arms of his mother, father-in-law, and Lord. He was born on December 17, 1961 in Wichita Falls, Texas; son of Thomas G., Sr. and the late Dixie L. (Young) McIntosh. On July 3, 1999, in Canoe Creek, he was united in marriage to Terrina L. (Showalter) McIntosh.
Tom was a 1981 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. He was employed by B&F Enterprises, serving roles in mechanics and maintenance. Tom was a member of the Puzzletown Road Bible Church and the Duncansville and Geeseytown Fire Companies. Tom tinkered in what he called “Tom’s Garage,” working on and restoring classic cars. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, attending races, watching Western movies, and the time he spent with his family and friends. Tom was a dog lover, first with Otis, deceased, and currently, Bailey.
Surviving is his wife, Terrina; son, Aaron McIntosh (Tristan); daughter, Mikayla McIntosh; step-daughter, Linzie Morris (Brandon); step-son, Justin Everhart; grandchildren, Hailee and Brayden McIntosh; step-grandchildren, Eli, Silas, and Isaac Morris; siblings, Craig McIntosh, Randy McIntosh (Phyllis), Tammy Slaughter (Ted), Tim McIntosh (Sam), and Kevin McIntosh (Sandy); as well as many special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Friends will be received on Monday, July 1, 2024 from 4:00-8:00PM and Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 9:00 until the 11:00AM Funeral Service at the Brown Funeral Home in Duncansville. Pastor Jon Gross will be officiating. Interment will be in New Canoe Creek Cemetery.
